Dennis Leroy McIver

October 16, 1942 — March 12, 2022

Dennis Leroy McIver, age 79, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 in Mesquite, Nevada.  He was born October 16, 1942 to Dennis John and Dorothy Belle Cover McIver in Driggs, Idaho.  He Married Darla Jane Willesen in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 17, 1962.
Dennis (Butch) grew up in Victor and Pocatello, Idaho where he graduated from Pocatello High School in 1961.  He raised his family in Salt Lake City as he operated his own commercial insulation business. Dennis enjoyed boating, fishing and golfing.  His greatest joy came from time with his family and he especially loved his grandchildren. He retired with the love of his life to Mesquite, Nevada in 2015.
Survivors include his wife Darla of Mesquite, NV; two daughters: Kimberly Israelsson; Kellie (Rodney) Hale both of Salt Lake City, UT; eleven grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and one brother, Jack (Betty) McIver of Costa Mesa, CA.
